Membership dues for 1st time new members or memberships that
have lapsed for more than on year will be prorated by the
month they apply for membership according to the following
table. ALL RENEWALS ARE $130.OO MINUS ANY APPLICABLE CREDIT
CERTIFICATES (SEE 1-3 BELOW).
•
A “Fair Special” membership will be given for
any NEW member who signs up during the months of
August or September and shall include the remainder of the
current year and all of the next year. Dues will be $150.00.
•
An “End-of-year Special” membership will be given
for any NEW member who signs up during the months
of October, November, or December and shall include the remainder
of the current year and all of the next year. Dues will be
$135.00.
•
New members should know that the normal process of accepting
new members can take up to 5 weeks to complete. After a new
member fills out the application and pay their dues, their
application must be approved by vote at the next scheduled
Berrien County Sportsman’s Club, Inc. Board of Directors
monthly meeting. The Board of Directors meetings are currently
scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month during the
year.

Any “Special Assessments” that may be required
at any time are not pro-ratable and must be included as part
of the cost of membership for any new member.

You can earn a credit towards next year’s membership
at the club this year three ways:
1)
For every hour worked as a volunteer during “qualified”
work details and events, you receive $1.00 credit up
to a MAXIUM of $35.00. A Club Officer,
a member of the Club’s Board of Directors, or
a Club Event Chairperson, must sign certificates.
2)
You can also earn certificates up to a MAXIUM
of $25.00 off your next year’s membership dues
by serving as a Club Officer, a Club Director, or a
Committee Chairperson where you are actively engaged
in club business for the full year. (Examples: Archery
Chairperson, Membership Chairperson, Skeet & Trap
Chairperson, etc.)

You can also earn certificates worth $20.00 for every
new member you sign up, up to the total balance of your
membership dues for the next year.
NOTE:
The combined total of earned certificates cannot exceed
the cost of your annual dues and must be redeemed in
full only for the year following the one in which they
are earned. |
NOTE:
The use of the outdoor firearm ranges is prohibited until
you have attended a Club Range Safety Course and received
the combination to the gate lock. Offenders risk losing all
club membership privileges.
